Nataliya Melnyk is the Executive Director of Bendukidze Free Market Center (BFMC), an independent Ukrainian think tank established in Kyiv in 2015. With a background in political science and European studies, she has also conducted research on political identification in Ukrainian society at the Kuras Institute of Political and Ethnic Studies.

Nataliya has served as a Development Manager at various organizations, contributing to her extensive experience in the field. She holds a Master's Degree in European Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
