Morning Activities (6:30 AM - 8:00 AM): Breathwork, yoga, mountain biking, surfing, beach walk, cold plunge, tree planting.
Main Program (10:00 AM - 12:30 PM): Keynote discussions. Dress Code: Light casual wear.
Afternoon Workshops (2:00 PM - 4:00 PM): Focused on community building and wellness of body, mind, and spirit.
Evening: Assigned dinner for all attendees. Dress Code: Evening wear.
